- Curated Sitter Marketplace: Access to experienced independent sitters whose backgrounds and pet-care experience are reviewed during onboarding.
- Sitter Screening: Third-party background checks, experience reviews, public client reviews, and applicable reference checks.
- Booking Protection: Assistance finding a replacement sitter if your confirmed sitter cancels, with refunds available under our Booking Protection Policy if a replacement cannot be found.
- Transparent Profiles & Badges: Compare sitter qualifications, care styles, and strengths reflected through eligible client feedback.
- Convenient Booking Tools: Message sitters, manage reservations, and process payments in one place.
- Personalized Experiences: Discover optional activities and special experiences offered by participating sitters.
We’ve designed our fees to be reasonable, with a sliding structure that lowers the service-fee percentage as your booking subtotal increases.
